Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sietch platform, including any sports session booking or community Store feature powered by Sietch (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sietch enables sports organizers (“Organizers”) to manage sessions, players, community operations, and Store inventory, and allows players (“Players”) to book sessions and browse Store listings. Sietch acts solely as a technology platform connecting Organizers and Players and is not the organizer of any session, the seller of any Store item, or a payment processor.

3. User Accounts

Players may register with a verified account using an email address, or participate as a guest by providing a name only. Verified accounts are required to access features such as booking history, the leaderboard, push notifications, and Store favorites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Organizers access a separate dashboard using an email address and password. Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of session, venue, Store, inventory, condition, availability, and pricing information displayed on their pages.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

When you register for a session, you are reserving a spot. Registration does not constitute a payment transaction through the platform. All payments are settled directly at the venue.

Players may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not permitted through the platform, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

Organizers may cancel a session at any time. In the event of a session cancellation, registered Players will be notified via in-app notification and, where applicable, by email. Sietch is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from an Organizer cancelling a session.

5. Waitlist

When a session is full, Players may join a waitlist. If a confirmed spot becomes available, the next Player on the waitlist will be automatically promoted and notified. Waitlisted Players are not guaranteed a spot and should not make arrangements until they receive a confirmation notification.

6. Payments

All session fees and Store payments are settled directly with the Organizer, typically by cash or a QR code payment method provided by the Organizer. Sietch does not process, hold, or manage these payment transactions. Any payment dispute must be resolved directly with the Organizer.

7. Store Listings and Offline Transactions

Organizers list Store items as independent sellers and are responsible for each item's legality, authenticity, safety, condition, description, price, stock, and fulfillment. Sietch does not own, inspect, endorse, warrant, or take possession of listed items.

Favoriting or recently viewing an item does not reserve it. A reservation exists only when the Organizer confirms it directly. Payment, pickup, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, and disputes are handled directly between the Player and Organizer outside Sietch.

Players should inspect items and confirm condition, sizing, authenticity, availability, and pickup terms before paying. Sietch may remove listings or restrict Store access where we reasonably suspect prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

8. No Show Policy

If a verified Player fails to attend a confirmed session without cancelling in advance, a no show will be recorded on their profile. Repeated no shows may result in restrictions on future bookings at the discretion of the Organizer or Sietch.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Provide false or misleading information during registration or booking.

List, promote, reserve, or attempt to sell stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, regulated, prohibited, or otherwise unlawful items.

Interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the Service.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any other user.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Service are the property of Sietch or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sietch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any Store listing will be accurate, available, authentic, safe, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sietch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or losses connected with a session, Store item, reservation, payment, pickup, delivery, refund, or dispute between a Player and Organizer.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sietch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

Sietch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

16. Changes to These Terms

Sietch may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
