Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sietch for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02

What Sietch provides

Sietch provides software for sports session booking, waitlists, attendance, player records, league operations, live scoring, public standings and statistics, community Store listings, sponsorship management, notifications, analytics, and Organizer plan billing.

Sietch is not the organizer, venue operator, coach, referee, governing body, Store seller, or payment processor for an Organizer’s activities. The relevant Organizer controls its sessions, competitions, teams, rules, listings, prices, and on-site operations.

03

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for:

  • accurate session, venue, capacity, price, cancellation, roster, schedule, and Store information;
  • safe and lawful operations, appropriate supervision, permits, insurance, equipment, and emergency procedures;
  • obtaining rights and permissions for names, photos, logos, sponsor creative, rosters, statistics, and other uploaded content;
  • handling player and customer questions, offline payments, fulfillment, refunds, and disputes; and
  • using personal data lawfully and respecting player and guest privacy rights.

An Organizer must not present Sietch as the operator, promoter, guarantor, or governing body of its sports activity unless Sietch has expressly agreed in writing.

04

Accounts, guests, and minors

Players may use a verified email account or join an eligible booking as a guest. Some features, including booking history, Store favorites, push notifications, and linked player records, require verification. Organizers use email and password authentication. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian accepting these Terms for a minor is responsible for the minor’s use of the Service. Organizers are responsible for obtaining permissions required for minors participating in their activities or appearing on public league pages.

05

Bookings, cancellations, and waitlists

A confirmed registration reserves a place subject to the Organizer’s capacity, rules, and payment requirements. Each Organizer sets its own cancellation cutoff. The cutoff shown for the relevant organization or communicated by the Organizer applies; it is not always 24 hours.

If a session is full, eligible players may join the waitlist. When a place opens, Sietch may automatically promote the next player and send a notice. A waitlist position does not guarantee participation. Organizers may reschedule or cancel activities, and Sietch is not responsible for resulting travel, venue, equipment, or other costs.

06

Physical activity and venue risk

Sports involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, property damage, and contact with other participants. Players are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to participate, following venue and Organizer rules, using appropriate equipment, and seeking medical advice where needed. Emergencies should be directed to local emergency services and on-site personnel, not to Sietch.

07

Player and Store payments

Session fees and Store payments are settled directly with the Organizer, usually at the venue or through an Organizer-provided cash, GCash, bank, or QR method. Sietch does not process, hold, or control those funds and does not store player payment credentials. Payment, refund, pickup, delivery, and transaction disputes must be resolved with the Organizer.

08

Organizer plans, usage, and billing

Organizer accounts may use Free, Pro, or Premium. Current published monthly prices are ₱0 for Free, 899 for Pro, and 2,400 for Premium. Free includes up to 8 sessions per Manila month. Pro includes 20 sessions, then charges 75 for each additional session. Premium has no session overage.

Other plan limits and feature availability—including venue, Store, sponsorship, league, and player-stat access—are described in the Service. Scheduled sessions count in the Manila calendar month; cancelled sessions do not. Upgrades apply in the current Manila month. Downgrades keep the current plan active through month-end and begin on the first day of the next Manila month.

Monthly statements itemize the plan fee and any Pro session overage. Amounts due are payable on the 15th of the following month and may be marked overdue after the displayed grace period. Organizer payments are settled manually using the instructions in the dashboard and are not automatically charged by Sietch.

09

The League, scores, and player records

Organizers control competition setup, eligibility, teams, rosters, fixtures, scoring, corrections, standings, statistics, and awards. League information may be published on public pages and updated during or after a game. Unless an Organizer expressly states otherwise, Sietch league information is a community record and not an official ruling of a sports governing body.

Scores, statistics, rosters, and awards can contain mistakes or later corrections. Questions or disputes about a game result, player eligibility, stat line, ranking, or award must be directed to the Organizer. Sietch may help correct platform errors but does not decide sporting disputes.

10

Store listings and offline transactions

Organizers are independent sellers responsible for each item’s legality, authenticity, safety, condition, description, price, stock, and fulfillment. Sietch does not own, inspect, endorse, warrant, or take possession of listed items. A favorite or recently viewed item is not a reservation; only the Organizer can confirm one.

Players should confirm condition, size, authenticity, availability, pickup, return, and warranty terms before paying. Sietch may remove a listing or restrict Store access when we reasonably suspect unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited activity.

11

Sponsors and uploaded content

Organizers are responsible for sponsor agreements, disclosures, claims, run dates, destination links, and creative assets. Sponsor impression and click figures are operational estimates and are not guaranteed to match another analytics system.

You retain ownership of content you are authorized to upload. You grant Sietch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and promote the relevant organization within the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

12

Attendance records and prohibited conduct

A verified player who misses a confirmed booking without an accepted cancellation may receive a no-show record. Organizers may use attendance history when managing future participation, subject to applicable law and fair administration. Guest players are not assigned persistent no-show reputation.

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or provide false, misleading, infringing, or harmful information;
  • harass users, manipulate bookings or competition records, or impersonate another person;
  • upload malware or attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or plan limits;
  • scrape, resell, or exploit personal data or non-public Service content without authority; or
  • list or promote stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, regulated, or prohibited items.
13

Sietch intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interface, Sietch name, logos, and original materials, is owned by Sietch or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no right is transferred to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create a competing service from protected parts of Sietch except where law permits.

14

Third-party services and links

The Service may link to Organizer social accounts, sponsor sites, maps, weather data, email, GCash, or other third-party services. Sietch does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its terms.

15

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sietch disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free statistics, a particular booking or competition outcome, the conduct of any user or Organizer, or the quality, safety, legality, or availability of an activity, venue, sponsor, or Store item.

16

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sietch and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from the Service, a sports activity, injury, venue, league decision, Store item, sponsor, cancellation, offline payment, or dispute between users and an Organizer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sietch and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your activities or listings, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

18

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address a serious or repeated breach, or manage an Organization account that has been disabled. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

19

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in the Philippines will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply.

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date, and material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@sietchsports.com.
